23 May 2024 – NUZHUO announces the addition of the new NGP 130+ model to the PSA nitrogen generator range. At the same time, the company is introducing next-generation control and automation technology to ever smaller (8-130) NGP+ units. The premium NGP+ line is now available in affordable sizes and features, delivering best-in-class flexibility, reliability and low cost of ownership.
The NGP 130+ provides nitrogen flow rates of 37–264 Nm³/h (depending on selected purity), providing customers in the industry with a single nitrogen production solution tailored to their needs. The new model complements NUZHUO’s premium pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen offering. The NGP+ range is now available with all flow rates from 1.9 to 2871 Nm3/h (under normal conditions).
“We now offer NGP+ to every customer. This is important because doing this kind of work brings real value to customers,” said Ben John, Business Line Manager, Industrial Aviation. “Nitrogen generators are most efficient at full load. The NGP 130+ ensures that regardless of power requirements, customers can always operate at peak efficiency without the need for resizing or parallel installation. This in turn means that they can use NGP+ without having to. compromise superior performance and reliability.”
At the same time, NUZHUO is introducing a new generation of control and automation technologies across all of its smaller NGP+ models (NGP+ 8-130) to provide customers with industry-leading efficiency and reliability.
This includes nitrogen purity tests, continuous monitoring of nitrogen output, and rerouting if purity does not meet selected standards. On the intake side, air intake checkers prevent poor quality air from entering the generator and potentially affecting its operation.
The Variable Cycle Saver algorithm optimizes the PSA cycle when demand is lower and temperatures are cooler, saving customers up to 40% additional energy.
All NGP+ 8-130 models feature the latest Elektronikon® Touch controller for easy gas purity selection, as well as advanced monitoring and connectivity capabilities.
The NGP+ 8-130 now also offers a number of new additional features to meet specific customer requirements. These include room oxygen sensors, the ability to operate in extremely low ambient temperatures, and the ability to produce ultra-dry nitrogen.
The new NGP+ 8-130 features the same modular design as the previous generation, using extruded aluminum tubing. It offers compact and durable performance, two benefits that are very popular among customers.
Another valuable benefit of NGP+ is its industry-leading low total cost of ownership. The nitrogen generator and its software are designed to use high quality carbon molecular sieve adsorbents at maximum efficiency and provide minimal air consumption per unit of nitrogen produced.
