After 7 days holiday of National Festival in China, our factory NUZHUO Group welcomed the delivery of the first set of cryogenic air separation units in October. In the early stage, we discussed with the customer about the delivery problem. Because the cold box was too wide to load by 40 feet container. Finally, we decided that the whole shipment of goods was far away shipped to Xinjiang for export by Road.
The following are equipment components, air compressor, air pre-cooling, air purification system, rectification tower, liquid nitrogen tank, electricity and instrument control cabinet, and on-site installation materials.
The air purifier, cold box and liquid nitrogen tank are shipped on a 17.5m flat car. The purifier and cold box are packed with pearl wool for anti-collision. Because the goods are too large, cranes are used in the transportation process
The rest is shipped in a 14.6m flat car. Finally, the driver can cover the tarpaulin and transport.
Air Separation Unit refers to equipment which obtain oxygen, nitrogen and argon from liquid air at low temperature by difference of each component boiling point. Oxygen, nitrogen, argon and other rare gas produced by air separation unit are widely used in steel plant, chemical industry, refinery, glass. rubber, electronics, health care, food, metals, power generation and other industries.
